Welcome!  Thank you for considering Lakeside Venues for your wedding! Our professional and friendly staff will work closely with you to bring your event to life. We know that this time can be exciting, but also a little stressful. That is why our staff is available to help with the planning process, making sure all of the details for your special day are covered. We offer services and amenities designed to make your day memorable. With our professional staff, we will set up and design your space to best suit your individual tastes and preferences.

  • The Royal Ballroom is the smaller of the two event spaces and can accommodate a minimum of 100 and a maximum of 250 guests. 
  • The Crystal Ballroom is the largest space and can accommodate a minimum of 200 and a maximum of 500+ guests.
Both event spaces feature an elegant lobby entrance with bar and bathroom access, a large parquet wooden dance floor, window view of the lake, front of the room staging area, and a coat check room. 

We also have on-site ceremony spots! With a ceremony that flows right into your reception, guests will love the convenience of everything being hosted at one location. We offer many breathtaking backdrops for your ceremony including our enchanted gazebo and gorgeous lake.

Appointment Structure

We would be honored for you to be a Lakeside Bride! Our Event coordinator will host a series of four main appointments leading up to your event. 

Appointment 1
(Booking deposit due $1,500)

Take a walk through our two elegant ballrooms, view our large selection of centerpieces 
and go over our all-inclusive package options.
Appointment 2
(1/2 the final payment is due,
6 months prior to your event)

Sit down with us and go over all of the special details including color scheme, style, added amenities and more!
Appointment 3
(3 weeks prior to your event)

Final guest count and seating chart. Review the following:
  • napkin and linen colors
  • chair or chair cover orders
  • finalize your dinner menu
Appointment 4
The week of your event.
Final items dropped off for setup.

All-Inclusive Wedding Packages

Each wedding package includes five hours reserved for your reception with a complete staff throughout the entire evening including a reception coordinator, greeting doorman, professional bartenders and a full wait staff. 
Start the night off by enjoying two cold hors d’oeuvres followed by a full course served dinner or a dinner buffet. Although we do not provide cake or cookies in our wedding packages we will display cookies on tiers/glassware along with the cutting and serving of your wedding cake.
Once the formalities are over, the fun can begin! We handle all the transitions of the night including dimming the lights for dancing. Bartenders will continue to pour drinks for the full five hours of your reception.
As the evening comes to a close, the staff will assist in packing up any extra food, gifts or decorations and load them into your vehicle. 
Along with the food and service, we offer a huge amount of additional extravagant amenities including:

  • Table numbers with stands
  • Centerpiece options for guest and bridal tables
  • Votive candles on each table
  • China, silverware, and glassware

Our all-inclusive wedding package features an unlimited amount of soft drinks along with house liquor, wine, and beer options available at the bar. Coffee and infused water is available throughout the evening at a drink station. Filled water glasses are at each place setting. Bridal and family tables will be served either wine or champagne for the toast.
