Welcome! Thank you for considering Lakeside Venues for your wedding! Our professional and friendly staff will work closely with you to bring your event to life. We know that this time can be exciting, but also a little stressful. That is why our staff is available to help with the planning process, making sure all of the details for your special day are covered. We offer services and amenities designed to make your day memorable. With our professional staff, we will set up and design your space to best suit your individual tastes and preferences.
- The Royal Ballroom is the smaller of the two event spaces and can accommodate a minimum of 100 and a maximum of 250 guests.
- The Crystal Ballroom is the largest space and can accommodate a minimum of 200 and a maximum of 500+ guests.
We also have on-site ceremony spots! With a ceremony that flows right into your reception, guests will love the convenience of everything being hosted at one location. We offer many breathtaking backdrops for your ceremony including our enchanted gazebo and gorgeous lake.

Appointment Structure
We would be honored for you to be a Lakeside Bride! Our Event coordinator will host a series of four main appointments leading up to your event.
Take a walk through our two elegant ballrooms, view our large selection of centerpieces and go over our all-inclusive package options.
6 months prior to your event)
Sit down with us and go over all of the special details including color scheme, style, added amenities and more!
(3 weeks prior to your event)
Final guest count and seating chart. Review the following:
- napkin and linen colors
- chair or chair cover orders
- finalize your dinner menu

It’s been my job for the past 13 years to help create lasting memories at our corporate annual dinner/fundraiser events throughout Fayette County. “This venue was the perfect match for our wedding reception. Matt was great to work with and extremely helpful. He made sure everything was to my liking and offered his expertise and ideas. The staff took care of everything for me and I didn’t have to worry about a thing, they were all wonderful. The food was excellent and all my guest thought so as well. The venue itself outside is beautiful but the way they decorated on the inside was perfect and how I pictured it. It was well worth the money and I definitely would not change a thing.

Amazing! The venue was perfect! Matt their coordinator was one of the nicest guys I’ve ever met! He made sure everything about our wedding went perfect! The decorations were beautiful, liquor was well stocked and they had an amazing variety and their staff was wonderful etc. I wouldn’t change my wedding venue for the world. Well worth every dime I spent on our wedding.
